Welcome to the Utah High School Rodeo Association website (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, and set out the rights and responsibilities of you and UHSRA. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Site.

1. Use of the Website

6. Modification of Terms & Site

  • UHSRA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

  • Material changes will be posted with updated “Effective Date.”

  • Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  • UHSRA also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time without notice or liability.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, legal and enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent.
