9:45 am Queen contest Check In- Wasatch County Event Center- Indoor Arena

10:00 am Horsemanship- Wasatch County Event Center- Indoor Arena

 1:00 pm Personal Interviews & Test Wasatch High School

 2:30 pm Social with NHSRA Queen and Miss Rodeo America- Wasatch High School

 4:00pm Modeling and speeches (Open to public) Wasatch High School

 

Sunday May 31, 2026

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm EARLY RCH & CUTTING: WASATCH COUNTY CAMPING AND STALL CHECK IN AT RODEO OFFICE 

11:00 am Trap Shoot 1st Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

4:00 pm Trap Shoot 2nd Go

6:00 pm Set up cutting pens and reined cow horse pens-Directors

 

Monday June 1, 2026

2:00 pm to 8:00 pm WASATCH COUNTY CAMPING AND STALL CHECK IN 

8:30 am Settling Cutting Cattle

9:00 am Cutting 1st Go Indoor Arena (Girls First)

   *Reined Cow Horse *This event will start 1 hour after the cutting is finished. Outdoor Arena

Contestants need to be ready!!

8:00 am Rifle Shoot 1st Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

2:00 pm Rifle Shoot 2nd Go

6:00 pm Event and Arena Director Meeting

6:30 pm Prepare Team roping and Steer wrestling cattle - Arena directors

7:00pm to 8:00pm RCH open arena (big outdoor) Arena closed all other times

 

Tuesday June 2, 2026

8:00 am to 5:00 pm WASATCH COUNTY CAMPING AND STALL CHECK IN

8:00 am Cow Cutting 2nd Go Indoor Arena. (Girls First)

*Reined Cow Horse *This event will start 1 hour after the cutting is finished. Outdoor Arena

Contestants need to be ready!!

 8:00 am Rifle Shoot Short Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

10:30 am Student Event and Arena Director Meeting

                    Stake barrels, poles and goat tying as soon as cow horse is completed

                    Arena/Student Event directors

11:00 am Prepare Goats - Arena Directors, Student Event Director and Judges

12:30 pm Prepare Tie down, Breakaway-Arena/Student Event Director and Judges

1:00 pm Trap Shoot Short Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

4:00 pm Mandatory ROUGH STOCK safety and equip. check

4:30 pm Queen Coronation

5:00 pm Contestant check in close Contestants will be checked off.   If you are running late, Please Contact Kelly Anderson 435-979-5880. Scholarship applications due before Mandatory Meeting

5:30 pm *Contestant Mandatory Meeting* – Must be in western attire with back number on. Year End

9:00 am 1st Performance -

11:00 am CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND OF COW CUTTING-Indoor

       Set-up RCH right after cow cutting championship round (directors)

5:00pm to 6:00pm RCH open arena (indoor) Arena closed all other times

6:00 pm 2nd Performance –Theme – Patriotic USA

8:30 pm Activity Goat Roping/Music

 

Thursday June 4, 2026

9:00 am 3rd Performance

11:00 am CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND OF REINED COW HORSE Indoor Arena

1:00 pm-4:00 pm Scholarship Interviews – Event Center

 

6:00 pm 4th Performance –Theme -Retro

1st GO -AWARDS PRESENTATION FOLLOWING (Indoor Arena)

 

Friday June 5, 2026

9:00 am 5th Performance

12:00 pm Quanta Services Luncheon (RSVP needed)

1:30 pm Director’s Luncheon

6:00 pm 6th Performance – Theme -Cancer Awareness

Hall Of Fame Recognition

                         Awarding of Scholarships / All-Academic Team

                          2nd GO-AWARDS PRESENTATION FOLLOWING (Indoor Arena)

                          Short Go Meeting to follow awards

                         (Draws for Barrels and Pole Bending positions, Stock Draw, and Bio Sheets)

 

Saturday June 6, 2026

6:30 am- 8:30 am Executive Board Meeting at Rodeo Office

8:30 am -9:00 am New Executive Board Meeting at Rodeo Office

10:45 am Short Go Contestants line up behind bucking chutes for presentation

11:00 am CHAMPIONSHIP PERFORMANCE – Theme –Blackout

*AWARDS PRESENTATION 1 Hour after the Performance (Indoor Arena)

National Sign Ups must be completed on Saturday. Paperwork and payment will be due or a signed waiver relinquishing the position on the National Team
