9:00 am to 5:30 pm WASATCH COUNTY CAMPING AND STALL CHECK IN

9:00 am Directors Hang Banners

11:00 am Event and Arena Director Meeting

11:30 am Stake Barrels, Poles, and Goats Arena Event/Arena Directors;   Set up Barriers: Judges, Arena and Student Event Directors

12:30 pm Prep & Tie goats - Arena Directors and Student Event Directors

1:00 pm Short Go Jr High Rifle Shoot, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

1:30 pm Prep timed event livestock - Arena Directors and Student Event Directors

5:00 pm Mandatory ROUGH STOCK safety and equip. check

5:00 pm Jr High Queen Coronation

*AWARDS PRESENTATION FOLLOWING 1 Hour after the Performance (Indoor Arena)

National Sign Ups must be completed on Saturday. Paperwork and payment will be due or a signed waiver relinquishing the position on the National Team

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm EARLY RCH & CUTTING: WASATCH COUNTY CAMPING AND STALL CHECK IN AT RODEO OFFICE 

11:00 am Trap Shoot 1st Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

4:00 pm Trap Shoot 2nd Go

6:00 pm Set up cutting pens and reined cow horse pens-Directors

 

Monday June 1, 2026

2:00 pm to 8:00 pm WASATCH COUNTY CAMPING AND STALL CHECK IN 

8:30 am Settling Cutting Cattle

9:00 am Cutting 1st Go Indoor Arena (Girls First)

   *Reined Cow Horse *This event will start 1 hour after the cutting is finished. Outdoor Arena

8:00 am Cow Cutting 2nd Go Indoor Arena. (Girls First)

*Reined Cow Horse *This event will start 1 hour after the cutting is finished. Outdoor Arena

 8:00 am Rifle Shoot Short Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet

10:30 am Student Event and Arena Director Meeting

                    Stake barrels, poles and goat tying as soon as cow horse is completed

                    Arena/Student Event directors

11:00 am Prepare Goats - Arena Directors, Student Event Director and Judges

12:30 pm Prepare Tie down, Breakaway-Arena/Student Event Director and Judges

1:00 pm Trap Shoot Short Go, Heber Valley Trap & Skeet
